Section 'A' तलका प्रश्नहरुको छोटो उत्तर लेख्नुहोस्। (Write short answer of the following questions.) [40 Marks] 1. नेपाली जनजीवनमा भौगोलिक वातावरणको प्रभावका सम्बन्धको संक्षिप्त चर्चा गर्नुहोस्। (Briefly describe the impact of geographical environment in Nepalese livelihood.) [5] 2. नेपालको राजनैतिक विभाजनको आधार र महत्वबारे संक्षिप्त रुपमा उल्लेख गर्नुहोस्। (Briefly explain the importance and basis of political division of Nepal.) [5] 3. काठमाण्डौ तराई द्रुतमार्ग (Fast Track) को बारेमा संक्षिप्त जानकारी दिनुहोस्। (Briefly present an introductory remark on Kathmandu-Terai Fast Track.) [5] 4. नेपालको सन्दर्भमा सामाजिक विकृतिहरुको निराकरणका प्रमुख उपायहरु बारे लेख्नुहोस्। (State what are the possible remedies to eliminate the major social evils in the context of Nepal.) [5] 5. नेपालमा स्वदेश भित्रै रोजगारीको अवसर सिर्जना गरी युवाहरुको विदेश पलयान रोक्न के गर्नु पर्ला? (What can be done to create employment opportunities in Nepal to stop youths from going abroad. Explain your views. [5] 6. असल समाजको निर्माणमा द्वन्दको आवस्यकता पर्छ वा पर्दैन? उदाहरण सहित लेख्नुहोस्। (Is there any necessary of conflict to build the good society or not? Justify with your answer. [5] तलको प्रश्नको लामो उत्तर लेख्नुहोस्। (Write long answer of the following questions.) 7. संघिय शासन व्यवस्थाका सवाल र दूर्वल पक्षहरु बारे चर्चा गर्नुहोस्। (Mention the strength and weakness of federal Governance system.) [10]

[30 Marks] 8. वातावरण व्यवस्थापनका लागि सरकारी, निजीक्षेत्र र सामुदायिक संगठनहरुको भूमिका उल्लेख गर्नुहोस्? (Explain the role of Government, private sector and social organizations for the environmental management?) [5] 9. मध्यपान भनेको के हो? यसबाट समाजमा पर्ने असरहरु बारे उल्लेख गर्नुहोस्। (What is alcoholism? What are it's effects in society?) [5] 10. नेपालमा कति प्रकारका जलवायु पाइन्छन्? उल्लेख गर्नुहोस्। (How many types of climate found in Nepal? Explain it.) [5] 11. नेपाल सरकारले हालै संचालनमा ल्याएको राष्ट्रिय स्वास्थ्य बीमा कार्यक्रमको आवश्यकता र महत्वको बारेमा संक्षेपमा लेख्नुहोस्। (Briefly highlight the importance and need of the National Health Insurance Program recently introduced by the Government of Nepal.) [5] तलको प्रश्नको लामो उत्तर लेख्नुहोस्। (Write long answer of the following questions.) 12. नेपालको जनसंख्याको वार्षिक बृद्दीदर हालैको वर्षहरुमा क्रमश: घट्दै जानको कारणहरु विश्लेषण गर्दै यसबाट मुलुकको आर्थिक सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा परेका सकारात्मक र नकारात्मक असरहरुको बारेमा विवेचना गर्नुहोस्। (Critically examine the reasons behind the gradual decline of the population growth rate in Nepal in recent years. Also describe the potential positive and negative effects of such situation in Nepal's social and economic sectors.) [10]

[30 Marks] 13. संगठनमा चिठीपत्र दर्ता र चलानी किन आवश्यक छ? खुलाउनुहोस्। (Why is the registration (Darta) and processing (Chalani) of documents required in organization? Explain.) [5] 14. कार्यमूलक लेखपरिक्षण भनेको के बुझ्नुहुन्छ? नेपालको सार्वजनिक निकायमा यसको प्रयोग बारे लेख्नुहोस्। (What do you mean by performance audit? Describe the use of performance audit in Nepalese organization?) [5] 15. नेपालको सन्दर्भमा बजेट तर्जुमाका चरणहरु उल्लेख गर्नुहोस्। (Mention the various steps of budget formulation in the context of Nepal.) [5] 16. सार्वजनिक सेवा प्रवाहमा कार्यालय व्यवस्थापन र सूचना प्रविधिको महत्वको बारेमा लेख्नुहोस्। (Explain the importance of office management and information technology in public service delivery.) [5] तलको प्रश्नको लामो उत्तर लेख्नुहोस्। (Write long answer of the following questions.) 17. निजामती कर्मचारीलाई दिन सकिने विभागीय सजायको बारेमा उल्लेख गर्दै विशेष सजाय दिनुभन्दा अघि पुरा गर्नु पर्ने कार्यविधिको बारेमा उल्लेख गर्नुहोस्। (Mentioning the departmental actions liable for civil service personnel. Write about the procedures required to be completed before special departmental action against the civil service personnel.) [10]
